剧情：
可爱搞怪的小生（郝绍文 饰）因受不了父亲娶了新妻子而责骂自己，便离家出走。一路游荡，接着小生认识了校工达叔（吴孟达 饰），纠缠达叔收留他。达叔一直喜欢一个卖花的盲女（朱茵 饰），并假装有钱人天天在她的花摊买花，希望尽绵力帮忙她。达叔所任职的学校有一群顽劣的学生，没有老师能够把他们教好，校长只好悬赏50万聘请老师。达叔知道盲女的手术费正好是50万，面对顽劣的学生，达叔决定跟小生一起到乌龙寺学艺。学成归来的达叔果然把学生教的十分守规矩。但为了让学生阿武（金城武 饰）在情敌面前出口气，帮阿武催眠打架，达叔被学校赶走了。小生出主意到自己家里偷出50万，可惜失败了，为了使达叔能逃走，小生被父亲抓住……
